• Items will be arranged dispatching within 24 hours upon payment clearance during business days (except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). Unless there is an exception, you will be notified immediately via e-mail of any delays.

• We use Royal Mail 24hr tracked service to ship our orders which usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive.

• £6.99 Delivery Charge if order less than £150 exclu. Vat

• Delivery Time in United Kingdom:  Next 1/2 working days 

• Items will be dispatched to the buyer’s address provided with the order. Please do confirm whether your address is correct or not before you do the payment.

Tracking:
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Failed Deliveries & Returns:
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery charges.

•    If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or no one available to receive the goods, redelivery charges may apply.
